MR. OLIVIER N’GUESSAN
FOUNDER & CEO
Olivier N’Guessan is a seasoned finance and insurance professional with over 15 years of experience across investment management, actuarial science, and business process optimization.
Currently serving dual roles since late 2022 as Founder of Epsilon Advisory and Investment Fund Officer at UNIFI in Paris, Olivier manages financial controls for €2 billion in assets under management while providing digitization and performance improvement services through his advisory firm.
His career spans prominent positions at EY as Manager of Insurance Consulting, AXA as Senior Analyst for Investment Funds, and KPMG Investment Management as a Senior Consultant, where he led major system migrations, post-acquisition integrations, and process optimizations that delivered millions in cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Olivier holds a Master of Science in Management degree with a Finance Concentration from EM-Lyon Business School in France and a Bachelor of Engineering in Insurance and Actuarial Science from ESCAE in Côte – D'Ivoire.
